Tia & Jenna here, your favorite balloon girls. We are two chicks who are in love with creating and celebrating. We love to celebrate all the big and small things life brings our way. We were neighbors who would constantly talk about our dreams to create a creative business together. Balloons started to be a common occurrence at most of our gatherings to the point it became the first thing on our list. We would get compliments on end and started to get balloon garland requests from outsiders. This is when Festive & Flair came to life! Tia started the journey as a solopreneur and soon invited Jenna in on the fun.

We had no idea where this would take us, but we both were so passionate about creating fun and festive balloon garlands with a flair. That's when we started on one of the most fun journeys ever, and we haven't looked back since! We knew God brought us together for many reasons and one of those is balloons. We definitely have way too much fun and we are not mad about it!
