Unfortunately, we are not able to blow your latex balloons up and make a balloon garland out of them. We use very specific brands of balloons so that we can guarantee the quality of the balloon garlands we create. Mylar balloons are the exception. If you are needing your mylar/foil balloon filled with helium, we can help you! We will be able to give you a quote of how much it will cost based on the size of the balloon. Yes. We typically ask minimum 2 weeks before your event to book so that we can ensure we have all the right colors we need for your event. However, we do have quite a large inventory of balloons and can accommodate last minute orders whether it is a balloon garland or helium bouquet order. There will be times we may have to add in a rush fee if necessary.
