Unfortunately, we are not able to blow your latex balloons up and make a balloon garland out of them. We use very specific brands of balloons so that we can guarantee the quality of the balloon garlands we create. Mylar balloons are the exception. If you are needing your mylar/foil balloon filled with helium, we can help you! We will be able to give you a quote of how much it will cost based on the size of the balloon. Budget-friendly Options: If you are interested in a DIY balloon garland kit with our high-end balloons, a blow tutorial, and a hang tutorial, check out our kit below. Do you want us to blow the balloon garland and all you have to do is hang it up? Check out our Grab & Go Balloon garlands. We have a 6 ft and 8 ft option! Our shop is currently appointment-only. To schedule a meeting at our shop or your event location, email us at hello@festiveandflair.net. We operate in Columbia, TN, and Columbus, GA, and travel nationwide for larger events.

Yes. We typically ask minimum 2 weeks before your event to book so that we can ensure we have all the right colors we need for your event. However, we do have quite a large inventory of balloons and can accommodate last minute orders whether it is a balloon garland or helium bouquet order. There will be times we may have to add in a rush fee if necessary.

Indoor balloon garlands can last from 2 weeks to 2 months, sometimes even longer with proper care. Outdoor installations typically last 1-2 days. We use high-quality latex balloons to ensure longevity.

Yes. We often see people with latex allergies do completely fine with our balloon garlands as long as they do not touch the balloons. Another alternative is we can make a fun balloon display with all mylar/foil balloons.

When you order a grab-and-go balloon garland from us, we provide an instructional video to guide you through the hanging process. If you book our balloon decor services, we take care of everything from start to finish. Just let us in, and we'll handle the rest!

Absolutely! We specialize in crafting unique designs tailored to your event. Whether it's a single area or multiple sections, we can enhance the flow and aesthetics of your event. We also handle multi-day events with creative themes. Email us at hello@festiveandflair.net to start planning your event. *Design fees may apply. A retainer is required for initial design ideas, which can be applied to the project if you proceed.

Yes. We will adjust your Install & Delivery fee based on location of your event. We are able to travel all over the U.S. to bring our balloon garland decorating expertise.

We are flexible with setup times. If the venue allows only a 1-hour window, we can accommodate by prepping in advance. Generally, we prefer at least 1 hour for unloading, installation, and cleanup.
